Shipping policy

 

Once your order has shipped, you will received a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

• Orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
• Available shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.
Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.
We not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
